On-Track Training

Thursdays @ 6:15pm -7:15pm

Using functional weighted & body weight movements, this class will focus on strength gains for your entire body - upper, lower and core. Each class will end with mobility & stretching work to improve range of motion in your joints and muscles. Get strong and limber! All skill levels welcome.

Location: Sport for Life Centre, L4 Fitness Centre Track (145 Pacific Ave)
