Women’s Strength Small Group

Join a small, supportive group of women training to get stronger—together.

These twice-weekly small group sessions are designed for women of all ages, sizes, and experience levels. With a focus on proper form, personalized guidance, and progressive strength training, this group is ideal whether you're just getting started or returning to movement after time away.

Led from my own garage gym, each group is capped at just 4 participants to keep the focus on coaching and connection. All current time slots are full, but you’re welcome to join the waitlist for future openings.

Many of the women who joined my original Strength Camp a year ago are still training today—and still getting stronger every month.

Cost: $128/month ($16/class)
Payment via e-transfer. Monthly cost may vary slightly depending on the number of classes.

Barbell Club

Sundays | 1:30–3:30 PM
@ Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre

Build strength and refine your technique with our coached Barbell Club sessions. Whether you're pursuing Powerlifting (Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift) or Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk), you’ll receive a flexible, goal-driven program tailored to your chosen discipline.

Train 1–3 days per week at your own pace, with Sunday sessions offering hands-on support. I lead the club alongside assistant coaches, providing guidance, technical feedback, and answers to all your lifting questions in a supportive environment.

Cost:
$95/month
$85/month for Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre members
