Barbell - Powerlifting Strength Program

Sundays @ 9am-10am, Jan 28, 2018-Mar 25, 2018 (no classes Mar 11)

Learn or progress your base strength with the 3 pillar lifts in Powerlifting: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Classes will break down and develop your strength in each lift, progressing overall strength throughout this 8 week program. You will come away with a great understanding of proper positions for you in each lift in regards to your movement and goals, as well as how to continue your strength training after the program is complete. All levels welcome!

Location: Sport for Life Centre, L3 Performance Centre. (145 Pacific Ave)

Cost: $95 for members and $119 for non-members.
