Wednesdays @ 7pm-8pm

In these workouts we will work on our strength, conditioning, and mobility. Each week we will do functional strength movements (ie squats, deadlifts, push/pull), interval style conditioning, and finish with mobility/stretching series. I will assist each individual to adjust workout based on their skill, fitness & mobility levels, as we work through everything together.

Location: VP's Garage Gym
