Virtual Classes.

If getting to the gym isn’t in the cards, you don’t have to miss out on the structure, support, and community that makes fitness sustainable. Virtual Classes bring live coaching, accountability, and connection right to your screen—wherever you are. You’ll join a group of like-minded individuals and dedicated coaches who will guide you through each session, offering real-time feedback to help you move better, stay motivated, and keep progressing safely and effectively.

How does a virtual class work?

Our virtual classes aren’t just follow-along videos—they’re fully interactive and coached in real time:

  • We start as a group, checking in and catching up before class begins.

  • The coach reviews the workout, providing personalized adjustments based on your equipment, experience, or any injuries.

  • You’ll be guided through a warm-up, movement prep, and technique cues before we all dive into the Workout of the Day (WOD).

  • Your coach is with you the whole way—demonstrating, correcting, and encouraging you as you go.

  • We finish with recovery work, mobility, and a bit of post-workout connection before signing off.

It’s fun, flexible, and effective—and you’re never doing it alone.

What equipment do I need?

We can tailor your workouts to almost anything you have at home. That said, here’s the progression we recommend as you build your home setup:

  • A set of dumbbells (start with one pair, then expand your weight options over time)

  • Resistance bands – both large loop and mini bands

  • Foam roller and massage balls for mobility and recovery

  • A cardio machine (if available—bike, rower, treadmill+)

  • Barbell and plates and/or kettlebells as you grow more confident and consistent

Start with what you’ve got—we’ll help you make it work.

How do I get started?

Your first class is free, and most people can jump right in. We’ll guide you through the workout, make any needed adjustments, and help you feel confident as you go.

If you’re newer to fitness or want a little extra support before joining live classes, we also offer a private Foundations session for $30+gst. In this one-on-one virtual session, we’ll:

  • Review your at-home setup (including any tech questions)

  • Cover key movement basics

  • Give you a clear starting point for workouts
